Refund and Return Policy

If your item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must report the damage within 2 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide clear images showing the damage along with a brief explanation.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once we review the images and confirm the damage, your refund will be processed within 24 hours. It will reflect in your bank account in 6-8 business days from the refund processed date.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before the item is shipped.
  • Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
